Shelley Blyth was born in North Dakota, raised in Minnesota, graduated from college in Seattle and spent time working in Carmel, California. All great places... but she finally made the Virgin Islands her home, after island hopping the Caribbean for a few years.

Shelley is a natural to the world of real estate. She is a former board member of Habitat for Humanity in the Virgin Islands, and she's a founder/owner of a unique company dedicated to serving the island's visitors. "Shopportunities" specializes in introducing resort guests to exclusive retailers, as well as in personal shopping services and special event planning.

Shelley's real estate reach extends to the British Virgin Islands, where her husband Rik is general manager for Biras Creek Resort on Virgin Gorda.
