Dennis "Texx" Richardson spends every working day in the field as a realtor and as a district manager for Innovative Telephone. He is truly "networked" with these Virgin Islands, in no small part because he's lived here for more than 40 years, and he once owned and ran a business on St. Thomas. He has studied real estate at the University of the Virgin Islands and at Watson School of Real Estate in Jacksonville, FL.

Texx is a student pilot and a former notary public. He was on the board of the Vitelco Employee's Federal Credit Union and Small Businesses on the Move. He is also a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
